TPC Chair 2024, RFIC Symposium - Premier Integrated Circuits conference, USA


The RFIC Symposium is set to begin this Sunday in Washington D.C., USA, alongside the IMS Symposium. This premier Integrated Circuits conference will showcase the latest advancements in radio frequencies, millimeter-wave, THz, and high-frequency IC designs and technologies.

This year, RFIC has broadened its scope to include groundbreaking systems and applications, such as Mobile systems for 6G, Radar, Biomedical, AI, Quantum computing, and Optoelectronic systems.

IMS Laboratory will be represented by Francois Rivet who is serving as the RFIC 2024 Technical Program Committee (TPC) Chair for this event and
Gwennaël Diverrez, Eric Kerherve and Magali De Matos who will present their work on “A 22–44GHz 28nm FD-SOI CMOS 5G Doherty Power Amplifier
with Wideband PAE6dBPBO Enhancement and 3:1 VSWR Resiliency” (Session RMo3A: mm-Wave Power Amplifiers, Monday 17th of June, 13:30 – 15:10)
