Short biography:

David Henry was born in Niort, France, in 1971.

He received the Ph.D. degree in 1999 from the University of Bordeaux, France.

He received the French research degree for leading research and PhD students in 2007.

He is currently a full professor at Bordeaux University, IMS laboratory (UMR CNRS n. 5218), France.

His current research interests theory and applications in identification/parameter estimation, robust control, switching control and sliding mode control, model-based fault diagnosis, fault tolerant control, and linear matrix inequality optimization techniques. His research application focuses in aeronautic and space missions.

He published more than 50 journal papers, 6 patents with Airbus industries, 8 chapter’s book + 1 complete book, done 11 plenary sessions (invited), all in international conferences/workshop and published around 150 conference papers.
