Faced with growing demand for performance, frequency, and data rates reaching several tens of Gbps, aerospace products integrate parallel links (DDR) and high-speed serial links (HSSL). These technological developments require rigorous signal integrity (SI) analysis from the earliest design phases. This work proposes a methodology for optimizing high-speed serial links through simulation. The results are correlated with measurements to strengthen confidence in simulation tools and in the manufacturing capabilities for high-speed links.
