Organizational change, through the lens of work activity and the active participation of employees, is possible in Algeria. Work discussion forums (EDTs), offered by the organization to the National Pension Fund (CNR) as a means of maneuver, focusing on production anomalies and their determinants, have facilitated individual and collective learning and improved service quality and employee performance.
Cross-functional teams, thus formed, fostered organizational development. Change management, preceded by a diagnostic phase, guided the collaborative process of designing work schedules during the support phase. The extended duration of the intervention and the building of trusting relationships supported this process.
