Arvind Singh Rawat is a postdoctoral researcher at the IMS Laboratory, University of Bordeaux, France. His research interests include analog and mixed-signal radio-frequency (RF) and mm-Wave circuit design, with a particular focus on CMOS power amplifiers, CMOS planar inductors and transformers, voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), phase-locked loops (PLLs), and frequency synthesizers. He is currently developing a 76–81 GHz frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) radar IP in 28nm FDSOI CMOS technology in collaboration with STMicroelectronics.
He received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2023. He completed his Master of Technology (M.Tech) with honours in VLSI Design from the Faculty of Technology, Uttarakhand Technical University, India, in 2013, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the University Science Instrumentation Center (USIC), HNB Garhwal University (Central University), Srinagar Garhwal, India, in 2009.
