The IMS laboratory is looking for a motivated engineer or post-doctoral candidate, willing to contribute to the design and implementation of innovative integrated circuits.
Detail
The work will involve the design, simulation, implementation, and characterization of integrated circuits in advanced CMOS technologies. The objective is to develop new electronic architectures that improve the performance of communication, sensing, and signal-processing systems. The research will focus on circuits operating from GHz frequencies up to millimeter-wave and potentially sub-THz ranges.
- Location: IMS Laboratory, Bordeaux, France
- Salary: negotiable, depending on experience and profile
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Duration: 1 year contract, renewable
The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, Master’s degree, or PhD in electronics, microelectronics, and/or RF engineering.
