The IMS Laboratory is looking for a motivated post-doctoral candidate, ready to address the next generation of mobile communication (6G).
You will join the Move2THz research project to work on « InP DHBT on-wafer RF noise characterization and LNA demonstrator circuit design ».

- Salary: between 2200 and 2500€ net/month depending on experience
- Location: IMS laboratory, Bordeaux, France
- Start date: September/October 2025
- Duration: 13 months with possibility of renewal
The applicant must have a PhD in Electrical Engineering.
This project requires strong experience in RFIC design, especially LNA, ideally using III-V technologies, and experience with EM simulation and on-wafer measurements.
A good English level is expected and the ability to work in an international team environment would be especially valued.
