ELORGA
L’électronique organique est devenue en quelques années une discipline à part entière. Depuis 1987, date du premier brevet OLED déposé par la firme Kodak, une dizaine d’années a suffit pour passer du concept de laboratoire aux produits industriels. Aujourd’hui, de nombreux produits sont déjà commercialisés, principalement les OLEDs. La perspective des marchés de l’éclairage et des cellules solaires entraine une compétition sévère entre les différents groupes à travers le monde. Actuellement, l’équipe ELORGA a atteint le niveau de compétences nécessaire pour être un des leaders au niveau national et visible sur la scène internationale. Nous travaillons aussi bien sur des systèmes appliqués que sur des aspects plus fondamentaux comme les mécanismes de transfert de charges au sein des semiconducteurs organiques et le contrôle des interfaces. L’équipe ELORGA travaille également sur tous types de composants pouvant intégrer des semiconducteurs organiques. Ces dispositifs sont aussi variés que les OLEDs, les cellules solaires, les transistors, les capteurs et les écrans tactiles.
Nous avons également de nombreuses collaborations avec des laboratoires de chimie organique et également des partenariats avec des industriels.
